Who We Are

Established as an organization to research the impact of cyber on foreign policy decisions and explore how nation states utilize it for everything from defending critical networks to gathering intelligence for military, economic, and social purposes. Caught in the middle of this new order of foreign policy are everyday citizens and businesses that have become the collateral damage (and sometimes the intended target) of those actions. Therefore, our institute provides both government and private industry vital information needed to make informed decisions regarding cyber policy to assist in the defense and protection against actions of a hostile nation state.
